District Attorney Thomas Spota will today announce charges in a new indictment against Ronald Thornton, the Nesconset man charged last fall with first-degree murder and conspiracy for arranging the murder of his business partner, lawyer James DiMartino, outside a Commack restaurant on Oct. 20, 2008.

Thorton pleaded not guilty.

Ronald Thornton, 37, of Nesconset, is being held in the Suffolk County jail without bail. The DA alleges that he hired three people; Donovan Raysor, 20, of St. Albans; Monique Randall, 19, of Queens Village; and Darnell Festus, 23, of Queens, to kill DiMartino.

Randall pleaded guilty to murder charges last November.
