Stony Brook men's tennis team won five of its six singles matches on its way to a 5-2 victory over Sacred Heart University Saturday. Each of the Seawolves five singles victories came in straight sets.

Sacred Heart started off by grabbing the doubles point, winning two of the three matches. The team of sophomore Ivan Rummel and junior Halvar Dil won the Seawolves only doubles match, 8-4.

But Stony Brook dominated in singles play, winning in straight sets. Dil won 6-0, 6-1 at No. 2, defeating Chris Ujkic. Junior Jon Epstein then won 6-3, 6-4 at the No. 3 spot, while senior Youssef Fassi-Fehri won 6-2, 6-2 in the No. 4 slot.
