The Veterans of Foreign Wars, East Setauket Post 3054, and American Legion Post 417 will sponsor the annual Memorial Day Parade on Monday, May 25, in East Setauket. The units will step off at 11 am following a route along Main Street and Route 25A. Ceremonies honoring the nation's fallen war heroes will be held at the Village Green opposite Emma Clark Library prior to the parade and also at the Memorial Park on Route 25A at the conclusion, followed by free hot dogs, beer and soda at the VFW Post 3054 on Jones Street. A helicopter fly-over by the NYARNG will highlight the event.
