September 15, 2009 | 11:37 AM
Suffolk County Police Fourth Squad detectives are inviting victims of recent burglaries to view property that has been recovered during recent investigations in an attempt to return items to rightful owners.

Detectives believe these proceeds were taken during residential burglaries that occurred between May and August 2009 in Lake Ronkonkoma, Lake Grove, Farmingville, Holbrook, Holtsville, Commack, Kings Park, Hauppauge and Dix Hills.

Anyone whose home has been burglarized recently and wishes to view the property, which includes jewelry and electronics, can view the items at the Fourth Precinct, located at 345 Old Willets Path in Smithtown, on September 22 between 10 am to 5 pm and on September 25 between 4 and 11 pm.

Anyone who would like to make an appointment to view these items is asked to call the Fourth Squad at 631-854-8452.
