It has been 815 days since the district attorney impounded $89,214 in cash from Port Jefferson Village to hold as evidence in the Jackie Wolosin grand larceny case. That money is said to be kept in a noninterest-bearing locker in the basement of 4th Precinct Headquarters in Smithtown.
