Gloria Jean Bubnis
Gloria Jean Bubnis was called home with the angels on Oct. 6. Her faith in God sustained her throughout her life. A loving daughter and sister, there was never a time she wasn't willing to help another. Gloria's many gifts included her beautiful singing voice as well as her talents at sewing, needlecrafts and candy making.

Gloria is predeceased by her mother, Marjorie Saccente Bubnis, brother Charles M. Bubnis Jr., sisters Laura Bubnis and Ruth Anne Apps and brother-in-law Robert Koster. She is survived by her father Charles M. Bubnis of Setauket and sisters Noreen Koster of Blue Point, Nancy Keefer of Crouse, N.C., Christine Koster of Naugatuck, Conn., Mary Cleveland of Greenville, S.C., and Carol Svoboda of Mastic Beach; along with brothers-in-law Robert Keefer, Peter Koster, Wayne Cleveland and Glenn Svoboda. Gloria was the sweet aunt and great aunt to many nieces and nephews. Her memory will be saved forever by those she touched in her life.

Friends may call at the Bryant Funeral Home, Inc. 411 Old Town Rd., East Setauket on Saturday Nov. 28, from 2 to 5 pm, with a prayer service at 4 pm.

Helga Krieger
Helga Krieger, 68 years old of Stony Brook, died on Nov. 2.
She was born on November 21, 1940 in Germany, the daughter of the late Fritz and Klara Caspart.

She was the supervisor of security for the University Hospital at Stony Brook.

Mrs. Krieger is survived by her daughter, Inga Moller; two sons, Erich and Lars Krieger; two granddaughters, Jacquelyn and Kristin Moller and her sister, Erika Sentementes.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Werner and on Sept. 28, by her husband, Howard.

Memorial visitation for Mr. and Mrs. Krieger will be held at Bryant Funeral Home on Saturday, Nov. 21, from 2 to 4 pm, with a funeral service at 3 pm officiated by Rev. Steven Unger.

Contributions in her memory made to the American Heart Association, 1 Union Street, Suite 301, Robbinsville, NJ 08691 would be appreciated.
