November 27, 2009 | 01:08 PM The Online Red Kettle Campaign is designed to make it easier for the growing number of people shopping and paying bills online to help Americans in need during the Christmas season. Individuals, businesses and organizations nationwide can host their own virtual red kettles on their personal, group or company website. This year, the Online Red Kettle Campaign will feature increased functionality for donors who choose to host kettles on their blogs or Facebook pages. One hundred percent of donations are tax deductible and will stay in the communities where they were raised.
