Read where Brookhaven Town breaks ground for new recreation office building and youth center on Hawkins Road, North Centereach. Is this the same property deeded to 3VCSD by Mr. Levitt for educational use OR are we talking about a different land parcel? I wish someone in the know would respond as there was discussion in the past at school board meetings on this very subject. The article does say the building will resemble housing. Thank you.
