re. Curbs on Church St.

The previous post complains that only parts of the Village have curbs. Anyone who has lived around here for a while knows some streets become a rushing river during a heavy rain. Those streets have to have curbs, I thank our village officials for sparing us the expense of constructing and maintaining curbs where they are not needed.. I think any homeowner can get permission to put in their own curbs in front of their house at their own expense. The village wants 6% more and the schools are talking about up to 6% . We just don't have it.
