i'm wondering what our priorities are. Sidewalks and roads in need of significant repair, poorly installed drainage that works and looks terrible (Valley Rd.), empty houses that look like they are about to fall down and haven't been maintained AT ALL in years...let's focus on cleaning up, enforcing codes and taking care of what we already have instead of adding more govt. oversight to selectively enforce.
