According to the police reports the defendant drove by the Belle Terre location several times giving someone the finger and by those actions violated an order of protection that was in effect.

The complainant called again June 27 and stated he found the door lock, mailbox and front door intentionally damaged. The complainant called police a third time at 1:05 am June 29 to report a known male had just thrown paint on his mailbox and front door.
