POLICE REPORTSeptember 10, 2009 | 04:08 PMA resident of Hallock Lane in Rocky Point called at 6 pm Aug. 30 to report seeing smoke coming from a house on Sam's Path which is adjacent to his backyard. The police and Rocky Point Fire Department arrived at the scene and found the smoke was coming from an outdoor barbecue that was now under control. No further police action necessary.
