POLICE REPORTNovember 04, 2009 | 04:50 PMAn 18-year-old male complainant called at 7:55 pm Oct. 25 to report being injured while working as an actor in a Halloween production at a location in Heritage Park in Mount Sinai. According to the complainant he was running down a grassy slope and slipped upon reaching the asphalt whereupon a trailer full of children rolled over his left ankle. Port Jefferson Village ambulance personnel transported the complainant to Mather Hospital for treatment.
